God rewards the things you do

God rewards the things you do

1 Corinthians 15:58 (King James Version)

Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye steadfast, unmovable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

I know that many of us face many demands time and time again, but today I want to remind you that God has watched what you have done for his work, and He will reward you. All the time effort and finances you have sown into the kingdom are before his face. And He is faithful to remember and to reward you for what you have done.

Sometimes it’s not easy to obey what God tells us to do, sometimes it is very difficult to obey Him, and there has been times when it requires great effort to walk in obedience. But this verse promises that our labour has not been in vain.

Regardless of where you live or what you believe God has asked you to do, it is important that you give your whole heart and soul to your assignment. Even if it is difficult sometimes you must keep pressing forward toward your God-given goal in obedience to the lord. And whenever the way of obedience seems difficult, you need to remind yourself once again of His promise that “your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

This is Gods promise that anything you do for him is never a waste. When the devil tempts you to think that no one is noticing what you are doing or that no one appreciates what you do, that is the moment for you  to remember that nothing done for the Lord is ever wasted . Every effort, every deed, everything you have ever done in obedience to him will be credited to your heavenly record.

Don’t let the devil discourage you. Declare with confidence that God is going to be faithful to meet every need in your life because you have faithfully sown your time, effort, and finances. And never forget, NOTHING YOU EVER DO FOR THE LORD IS WASTE.

My Prayer For Today.

Father, I am grateful for this reminder that you pay attention to my response to your assignment for my life. You are very aware of where I am in life, and you see what I do to express faithfulness to you. Thank you for strengthening me with your might in those times when I felt discouraged and wonder if my labour was in vain. But I know that nothing I ever do in the Lord is wasted. In Jesus name
