Mission to Nations
As a church, we believe in positively impacting people’s lives not just in our city but across the world. You will find below some of our Outreach Mission trips where we have been a blessing to many people in Nations around the world.
MIRACLE PRIMARY SCHOOL-UGANDA
Every child deserves a chance to better their future, to become what they are destined to be and to take control of their assignments in life. There is no better way to invest in the world than to invest in children who are marginalised by their social and economic instability. As a church that is our passion for mankind and we are dedicated to share the true love of Jesus Christ, we have set our priority to become change-makers in the world around us. Our commitment to make a difference and fulfil dreams led us to establish this unique relationship with Miracle Primary School (MPS) in Uganda.
JAMAICA
This year’s mission was in collaboration with Church of God of Prophecy, Morant Bay in the Parish of St Thomas. The Morant Bay Church of God of Prophecy was pioneered by the late Rev Houston Reid Senior. Rev Houston Reid Senior had an unfailing love for this community and he brought the transformed message of Jesus Christ to the people. His legacy still continues and his great work has paved the way for many who today have come to know and are enjoying the goodness of God. By the grace God, Christian Life Centre Church Oxford which was established over Twenty years ago in Oxford and is led by Rev Grady Reid, (the son of Rev Reid Senior) has seen it fitting to honour the excellent work that his father started in Morant Bay.
ST. VINCENT
Christian Life Centre Church Oxford embarked on a two week missionary trip to St Vincent and the Grenadines in the Caribbean region. The trip lasted from the 8th of September to the18th September 2010. This was the second missionary trip organised by the church.
Ghana
In April 2009 Christian Life centre Oxford had their first mission trip ever. It was a great privilege for the Church to send a team of eight members to Takoradi in Ghana. The aim of the mission was for the team to share their faith in a practical way with the community of Takoradi.
